CFAR offers employment opportunities across several departments, depending on organizational needs and available positions. All roles support the well-being of our animal residents and the long-term sustainability of the reserve.
Departments at CFAR
Employment opportunities may be available in the following areas:
Animal Care
Supporting daily husbandry, enrichment, observation, and care of animal residents under established protocols and professional guidance.
Facility Maintenance
Maintaining enclosures, yards, infrastructure, and grounds to ensure a safe and functional environment for animals, staff, and visitors.
Technical
Supporting technology, systems, and tools used for operations, education, and communication across the organization.
Administration
Providing organizational support including coordination, documentation, scheduling, and internal processes.
Sales and Marketing
Supporting partnerships, sponsorships, memberships, group sales, and outreach efforts that sustain the mission of the reserve.

Location & Availability Disclaimer
Central Florida Animal Reserve is a site-based organization. All employment positions require consistent, on-site participation. Remote or fully virtual positions are not available at this time. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the reserve in St. Cloud, Florida.
