Dr. K. “Simba” Wiltz, PharmD, PRS
Dr. K. “Simba” Wiltz leads Central Florida Animal Reserve with a focus on vision, accountability, and long-term stewardship. As President and Chief Executive Officer, he oversees organizational strategy, operational planning, and mission alignment across all areas of the reserve.
With a background that combines professional expertise and a deep commitment to animal welfare, Dr. Wiltz guides CFAR’s efforts to address the challenges facing big cats through education, collaboration, and responsible care. His leadership emphasizes compassion, conservation, and commitment as foundational values shaping the future of the organization.

CFAR’s mission is carried forward by TeamCFAR, the collective group of staff, volunteers, board members, and supporters who contribute their time, skills, and dedication to the reserve.
