CFAR Sounding: Volunteer, meet the Volunteer Council Part 2

Volunteers

As an all-volunteer organization, CFAR depends on the generosity of time and energy that volunteers bring to the group.  But what does it take to be a volunteer?  And what is it like volunteering around big cats?  Dr. Simba Wiltz and Asli Goncer introduce you to the three very special people who are central to getting volunteers on board.  Kelley Mulvihill, Mary Beth Ferringer, and Dennis Lum serve as the Volunteer Council, and act as guides and liaisons between prospective and existing volunteers.  We chat with them to learn more about their experiences volunteering, and what they do as a group to make the experience great for those that engage.
