Wild Resilience at cfar

Wild Resilience is a facilitated leadership and team experience designed to help high-performing professionals step out of constant demand and into clarity. Hosted at Central Florida Animal Reserve and guided by Dana Wells of Sunshine Coaching Group, the program uses nature as a grounding force for reflection, renewal, and forward-thinking leadership.

By removing teams from screens, schedules, and daily pressure, Wild Resilience creates space for perspective, presence, and meaningful connection in an environment that naturally encourages calm focus and insight.

A Leadership Reset in Nature

Today’s leaders and teams operate in environments defined by speed, complexity, and continuous input. Wild Resilience offers a deliberate pause. The experience invites participants to slow down, observe, and reconnect with the qualities that support sustainable leadership, including resilience, adaptability, and creativity.

Nature is not a backdrop for this work. It is an active part of the experience, providing a setting that supports awareness, curiosity, and thoughtful conversation.

The Experience

Wild Resilience blends professional coaching with time spent in a natural environment that encourages reflection and connection. Participants engage in guided conversations, quiet observation, and intentional activities designed to support insight and shared understanding.

Throughout the experience, teams are encouraged to step back from problem-solving mode and engage in deeper thinking that supports trust, creativity, and clarity.
